Mizuno baseball cleats, 9 Spike, and Wave Infinity Technology

It also helps to reduce overpronation which can result in unwanted stress on the knee and ankle joints.

VS-1 foam padding is a cushioning foam used to help reduce shock absorption as well. It is made with a combination of three materials and is positioned from heel to toe in the cleats. It has a durable memory, meaning it returns to original position after impact.
