glove break in

Hands down the best way to start the process of breaking in a glove is to saturate it in hot water. Put a ball in it. Close it the way you need it to close; pinky to thumb,or thumb to pointer finger, or fingers to the palm of your hand etc... Tie it closed the way you will need it to close and hang it up to dry. Once dry you are ready to play catch. Add oil to the close/open crease in the palm of your glove.Add oil to pocket area to help it take its shape when you play catch.If your glove does not close properly you might as well throw it away. THE WATER WILL NOT HURT THE GLOVE!
