Can I use chain link fencing for a batting/pitching cage?

I have lots of chain link fencing and piping .. is it o.k. to use chain link fencing for a batting cage?

Good question Michelle, and to be honest with you, I don't know if chain link fencing would work out for your cage. I'd have to think that it would work out to an extent, but there may be hazards/concerns that I'm not aware of that need to be addressed about the idea. Your best bet is to contact a chain link fencing company and ask them what you are wanting to do and they should be able to tell you more about the durability of the fencing.
